Giving back
moves us forward
Community Impact
At PATH, we believe in opening doors for everyone, and our commitment continues well beyond project completion. We actively give back to our communities through public events, amenities, sponsorships, and donations, taking pride in fostering growth and serving as a catalyst for positive change.
Seasonal Celebrations
Celebrating together brings us together. We host festive events for seasonal holidays and engage the community with local activities like Music in the Park, Yoga in the Park, markets, and art exhibits.
Sustainability
We partner with Green Teams Canada to restore and preserve local areas. We reduce carbon emissions with energy-efficient solutions like pre-fabricated wall panels, Energy Star® appliances, high-efficiency heat pumps, and multiple homes at Built Green Gold standards.
Donations
Investing in the community is important to us. We make charitable donations to various nonprofits, including the Victoria Symphony, Easter Seals, Restore, and local food banks, helping to support those in need.
Public Amenities
Easy-to-access public spaces bring our communities together. We collaborate with city staff to develop services everyone can enjoy, including parks, plazas, playgrounds, and public art installations.
Community Support
Local education is vital to community growth. We proudly support Royal Bay Secondary School (RBSS) through scholarships and educational initiatives that benefit students.
Mentorship & Career Development
Nurturing talent is key to building a solid workforce. We regularly hire interns, providing hands-on experience and mentorship, to welcome them to our team full-time after they complete their education.
